These terms govern the use of goutsdeluxeinc.com, operated by Goûts de Luxe Inc., a business based in Montréal, Québec. By browsing the site, you accept these terms. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

The text, photos, logos, labels, posters and other content on the site, as well as the Goûts de Luxe, Pick-Lize Deluxe and VivOlio brands, belong to Goûts de Luxe Inc. or are used with permission. Any reproduction, modification or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited. You may share the site’s pages by link, citing the source.

We make every effort to keep product information accurate and up to date. Ingredients, allergens and nutrition facts may change, however: always rely on the label of the product you buy. Photos of dishes and pairings are serving suggestions. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, let us know before any order or catering service.

The site does not accept online payments. Orders, deliveries, catering bookings and decoration quotes are made by phone, text, WhatsApp or email and are only confirmed once we accept them. Prices, availability, delivery areas and the conditions of each service (deposit, cancellation, lead times) are provided when you receive your quote or place your order.

The site contains links to third-party sites (social media, partner grocery stores, maps). We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

You agree not to use the site or its forms for illegal purposes, to send offensive content or spam, or to attempt to disrupt its operation or security.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to consumers’ rights. In case of discrepancy between the French version and a translated version, the French version prevails.
